At KAURZ, every outfit is thoughtfully curated and crafted with attention to detail. We strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers.
Returns
We accept returns only in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Major manufacturing defect
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Unboxing video
- Clear images of the issue
Products must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Handpainted suits
- Customized or altered products
- Products purchased on sale or discount
- Minor color variations due to photography or lighting
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued:
- To the original payment method, or
- As store credit (if applicable)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for:
- Wrong product received
- Major defect or damage
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Slight irregularities in handpainted or handcrafted products are part of the artistic process and make every piece unique.
